I know these "hurdles" are in my life for a reason, and I know I'll conquer them... but man, sometimes it just takes longer than I'd like or they come more often than I'd prefer. I ran the 400 hu...I've seen that happen before. I ran the 400 hurdles in college, and they were difficult... and seriously, sometimes (just like in life), you wonder when you're gonna hit that one that makes you trip.
