I AM AWESOME.

Last Friday, after my post about my current struggles with trichotillomania, one of my very good friends texted me and said, "Saw your blog post this morning ... I just knew I had to share [this video] with you." After watching the video, getting chills all over, and just remembering that no matter what trials I go through, no matter what mistakes I make, no matter what anyone else thinks of me—I AM AWESOME. I thought I'd turn around and share this with you, because YOU too are beautiful, smart, funny, kind, unique... you are awesome.

Andi, thanks a bunch for sharing this video with me. I so appreciate your friendship. To all the rest of you, sending nothing but love and well-wishes for your weekend. I am empowered today... who are you?

I watched that video the other day on another bloggers post. It's amazing and I am going to also post it for my "Notice Me" series. It fits perfectly.

Also, I am proud that you admitted your stressed. That is sometimes really hard to do. I love that you are honest and I know soon that you will stop pulling and let the hair grow. =]

Yeah but then in the summer the sun gets up late and stays out late so it's one or the other.

Your welcome. I am sure you will. Good luck with that.

Hi again! Of course I responded :) Sometimes I don't respond if someone says "oh cute!" or "love this look," but if it's a thought-provoking comment that I enjoyed, that's my favorite time to respond :) And your comment was just that!

I am proud of you :) Just training for "you" is the best way to do it. I recommend Hal Higdon & his training programs anyday. They have beginner running programs all the way up to marathon schedules. Wishing you the BEST of luck. You are awesome, Tessy!

Your welcome. Don't feel to bad. It happens to all. I know for the last year James and I have been stressed and worried but it's all finally coming together. Your cooking I am sure helps you a little. Try and take it easy!

Cooking (and saving money by not going out all the time) definitely does help :)
